Seems nice but you need a way to get rid of enchantments regularly, as Mrredhatter suggests. Otherwise you will spend time enchantifying creatures (is that a word? it is now) only for your opponent to play a one-drop and udo all your effort. resorts in either a lot of card advantage or disadvantage depending on how you play it. Very fun though.
Draconic.

I love this card, it's nice to take out creatures for a time even without destroying them as enchantments. I think one of the best cards to combo with this is Primeval Light.

Plus, if somebody tries to use Doom Blade or something on your creature, you can just use this to make it into an enchantment, causing the spell to fizzle.

Also neat because it causes auras and equipment to fall off. ^^

Tranquil Grove would be a good option for reusable enchantment destruction.

I play this in one of my EDH/Commander decks and it's surprisingly versatile. Even if the effect is only temporary, it can be used to remove an attacker or blocker from combat, destroy auras enchanting a creature, make equipment fall off, shut down a bunch of different static and triggered abilities, force a player to use an activated ability prematurely, save a creature from most targeted and mass removal, and/or open a creature up to enchantment removal. Above all, my favorite part is that if you hit the biggest threat on the board, your other opponents sometimes hesitate to play their own creatures and break the effct. It might not seem like much, but if you know all the ways to use it, the thing can be a Swiss army knife of a card.

If a creature has +1/+1 counters on it and is turned into an enchantment, What happens to the counters?

@psyco_path
Then you can't Target it with Vorel anymore.

@psyco_path: They stay on. Look at Afiya Grove and Llanowar Reborn. Noncreature permanents can have +1/+1 counters on them.
