Play on Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker. Then, you get to say, "You are under arrest, my lord!" Ah, Mace Windu.

Faith's Fetters is definitely the best. It can target non-creatures and keep their abilities from being used, including the all important Planeswalkers.

Pretty good, but for casual where planeswalkers are rare and creatures many, I'd go with Prison Term.

When this card was first printed I thought that it was the best white removal, but Oblivion Ring is honestly better, at least because is a lot more abusable.

However grat card to mess with the tempo against an aggro deck, removing one threat and giving you the time to gain the control.

After all these years, I still don't know what the hell the creature in the art is.

Polychromatic: I'm going to guess some Golgari horror.

Play it on your opponent's Jace, the Mind Sculptor. They can't use his abilities and they can't cast another without losing both. Works on any Planeswalker.

@Polychromatic the creature in the art is probably a Wood-Kin elemental.

leomistico, this can hit lands, too. O Ring only does nonlands.

It's tough to argue with Oblivion Ring's power, but I still have a soft spot for Faith's Fetters. The 4 life bonus is more useful than one might think.

Made worse by the M14 rules change, I'm sorry Chamale it no longer locks down Jace, the Mind Sculptor

@Leuitikos: You're wrong. Look at the planeswalker cards again on gatherer.
