@ Grixin_col correct me if im wrong but not all of your creatures have to be the same creature type as your general in EDH, i haven't played the format yet but my casual playgroup is talking about starting up and i dont remember that being one of the stipulations (perhaps the wrong word?) of deck construction

When playing EDH with a Bird Soldier deck if I attach Konda's Banner to Commander Eesha will all my white Bird Soldiers in play recieve +2/+2 or +3/+3? What about Major Teroh or Lieutenant Kirtar? Since they both share color and 3 creature types would they both recieve +4/+4?

Sharing multiple creature types won't let you double up on bonuses. It's a yes or no requirement- if they share a creature type (or more than one) they get +1/+1, same idea with the colors. Also if I'm reading this correctly the equipped creature would also get the bonus since it shares all of its own colors and subtypes (artifact creature don't have a color though remember!).

@TPmanW - Yes. Except the last part. If the creature is colorless (Memnarch) they don't share a color with anything (even other colorless cards) so they would miss out on that bonus. And as long as they have at least one creature type, they give themselves that bonus.
