Much better than it looks, this is usually a 3/3 for two with a Leyline of the Void attached to it.

Sorry, reanimator deck. I may be small but I'm definitely terrible.. in a good way.

How does this work with other "If this would be sent to a graveyard" effects? Like if you were to make someone sac Darksteel Colossus, would Colossus be exiled or shuffled back into his owner's library?

Against a reanimator deck, she's deadly. Against any other deck, she's an efficient (though unremarkable) blocker, and a decent attacker.

She's also pretty cute, considering her veil covers up the creepy mouth/muzzle/whatever Wizards decided to give the Kitsune. But that's just me being a Vorthos. Plus, she has three weapons. What's up with that?

I wish it hit all cards, but even with it only knocking out permanents, I think it's pretty good. Ok, really good. Screw you, bridge from below.

She doesn't always turn off reanimator decks. Most of those use Entomb or discard to get their fatties into the grave, and she only exiles permanents on their way to the grave.
Still, she's very useful.

She's useful but not always great in a Samurai deck. Indebted Samurai, bushi tenderfoot, and Oathkeeper Takeno's Daisho are a few cards that become a little nerfed when played with her.

Development's article about this card: http://www.wizards.com/Magic/Magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtgcom/daily/af38

Basically, it shuts down Skullclamp and Disciple of the Vault.

CR 616.1. If two or more replacement and/or prevention effects are attempting to modify the way an event affects an object or player, the affected object's controller (or its owner if it has no controller) or the affected player chooses one to apply, following the steps listed below.

I'm running an EDH deck W/G. How would Wheel of Sun and Moon (applied to me) interact with this card?

Just a word of warning: This only effects permanents, not permanent cards or permanent spells. So discarding or milling a land/creature/etc won't get hit by this. Same with countering them. Only destroy and sacrifice effects will see this replacement effect.

As for those asking about Darksteel Colossus, as far as I know, this should work exactly like Leyline of the Void, just more limited in scope. And the Leyline is what mill decks used to counter the Eldrazi Legends with the similarly worded ability.
