especially useful if you have something to reverse the disadvantage of the second ability by bringing something that punishes card drawing.

I like this land. Badass artwork, a cool name, a pretty interesting and unique effect...can't complain!

Lots of fun in a turbofog deck alongside stuff like Howling Mine.

Godly politics card in multiplayer.

I give this card a 4/5, because it's a powerful card but requires some thoughts. Helping your opponent draw cards isn't the best idea but if you are playing control this would net you greater benefit than your opponent. Remember, this land is a colorless drawing and can potentially offset color flaws.

Counterburn is one deck I see would benefit from this land. Deck that uses Solitary Confinement would find this a welcome addition. Cards that benefit from drawing, such as Niv Mizzet and Lorescale Coatl would love it.

Mikokoro is probably a contraction of the two words "umi", meaning sea, and "kokoro", meaning heart (in Ja-panese, of course (woah, didn't know J-a-p would get censored >_>)).

John Avon's artwork never ceases to amaze me, and the card isn't bad, though I probably wouldn't run it unless I was playing a very multiplayer-minded deck or was running some kind of Kederekt Parasite/Spiteful Visions/Underworld Dreams deck.

Turbofog? Never understood how those decks worked, but I'm sure it'll work there too if people say so.

This + Consecrated Sphinx. Good Game.

I don't see this as a very good politics card, but it is a nice "leave me alone and I'll give you goodstuff" card. Could be nice in phelddagrif decks, I don't know.

Works really well in Megrim/Underworld Dreams decks, since this is not a 'may' ability. There are several ways to untap this, repeatedly forcing your opponents to draw into the dreams, and eventually discarding into the Megrim.

I run this in every EDH deck I play. It's definitely a great politic card, and rarely, if ever, gets hosed out. Howling Mine and Font of Mythos are great as well, but you have no control over it, which means you play it, everyone else can take advantage of it, then they get destroyed before your turn comes up. Temple Bell is also a great card, for the same reasons as this land.

The entire Kamigawa block had such fantastic and interesting lands, it's a shame more of them don't see constructed play.

Even without some way of offsetting the drawback, this is a handy card. The ability to accelerate your game in an aggro deck? Priceless.
Plus, it's just an all around neat card, with great art and that particular fun Kamigawa flavor of a world with a whole lotta stories to tell.

Yes, the second ability can help your opponents out, but this card has a lot of things going for it.

1.Non-basic lands with abilities often enter the battlefield tapped, cards such as Halimar Depths for example.
2. Fits into any deck, provided the {1} generated won't set you back due to spells with colour-intensive cast costs, such as Primalcrux with its {G}{G}{G}{G}{G}{G} cost.
3. Gives recurring, instant speed card draw, in any colour. Something colours like {R} and {G} are terribly lacking.
4. The draw for your opponent can be turned against them, with cards such as Underworld Dreams or cards that give you even more card advantages such as Consecrated Sphinx
5. Fits in any EDH deck quite nicely.

The only other fault is the fact that it is Legendary, which means its quite a bit more vulnerable than other non-basic lands.

Had a place as the only nonbasic in my old owling mine deck. If i was going to cerebral vortex o sudden impact i wanted them to have the card. Also agree with whoever says this is good with consecrated sphinx, although temple bell would be a good alternative to keep a little extra mana.

Very good for multiplayer EDH. Constructed worthy? No, not really.

Now, with the new legend rules, you can basically cycle it for 2 and a land drop if you already have one on the battlefield.
