This card may have a little more value since the release of Bruna, Light of Alabaster. If I'm correct, you can stack the triggers of this and Bruna to where Cunning goes to the graveyard and then immediately put it back on Bruna.

Well, it's something for mono-blue budget EDH if you want a pump spell, there's not a lot of blue pump spells, so might as well get as many as you can. Needs flash though, then it would be just about half as bad as giant growth, not 10x as bad xp

This is a good power boost for mono blue, or any deck that runs on graveyard recycling. I use it and other power boost auras with Academy Researchers and Iridescent Drake. I get plenty of use from the card without ever paying its mana cost.
not a great card, but powerful in the right kind of deck.
