I find it hilarious that they put this in a set with artifact lands (e.g., Seat of the Synod). That will die when you play this unless you can get then some toughness. You'd think they'd have made "noncreature, nonland artifacts," but I guess whatever works.

Mycosynth lattice is also in the set, and it makes all permanents artifacts in addition to their other types, so that all lands are artifact lands. With march, it makes a lock against lands staying in play or being tapped for mana, as they're put into the graveyard as a state based effect as soon as they've entered the battlefield. I always thought that the land destruction aspect of this enchantment was one of its most powerful features.
You can also use Myr Landshaper for targeted land destruction.

Run it with Mycosynth Lattice and Tempered Steel for a delightfully evil time. These cards are already in many artifact-heavy decks anyway.

Ok, now I'll equip my trusty machete to itself... *world implodes*
Hoses moxen and lotus, only problem is you need moxen and lotus to get this out before your opponent can drop theirs.

I fail to see how a dulled blade would make the world implode. Seeing as how its CMC is 1, it's a 1/1, as opposed to the +2/+1 it was before...
(Also, for those that don't know, if an equipment is also a creature and is attached to a creature, it becomes unattached as a state-based action. This is pretty much why that rule exists.)

I won a tournament with this card when everyone was playing Ravager Affinity decks. Darksteel Pendants and Ingots swinging on you to death. It was a fun day.

...I'll just leave this here.
