You deal double damage to my Boros Reckoner and Boros Reckoner deals quadruple damage to any target? I can dig it.

I like this one because you can turn a mediocre attack phase into an instant victory.

The whole "being-brothers" schtick really gives a lot more to the otherwise fairly standard gods of Mogis and Iroas. Battles like this must be a sight to behold on Theros.

And you thought your own sibling rivalry was bad...

This card seems to be really flavorful. One god doubles your damage, and in defiance, the other god doubles your opponent's damage.

So, Iroas and Mogis are brothers? It looks like Gods are into interspecies action...

@XepherXero It's more than that. I have yet to find a calculator that can actually compute that one without overflowing into E+ (Exponential) numbers.
Gut shot comes out dealing 65536 to the first Spitemare.
Spitemare 1 redirects to Spitemare 2, dealing 4,294,967,296
Spitemare 2 redirects to Spitemare 3, dealing 281,474,976,710,656
Spitemare 3 redirects to Spitemare 4, dealing 18,446,744,073,709,551,616
Spitemare 4 redirects to Boros Reckoner 1, dealing enough damage to cause my calculator to overflow into the E+ numbers. 1.208925819614629174706E+24
Reckoner 1 redirects to Reckoner 2, dealing 7.922816251426433759353E+28
Reckoner 2 redirects to Reckoner 3, dealing 5.19229685853482762853E+33
Reckoner 3 redirects to Reckoner 4, dealing 3.402823669209384634633E+38
Reckoner 4 redirects to Opponent, dealing 2.230074519853062314153E+43
E+43 means move the decimal 43 places. 43 decimal places puts is squarely in the tens of Tredecillions.
If you add a Stuffy doll to the mix, you can jack it up another step and get 1.461501637330902918203E+48, with E+48 putting it in the Quinquadecillions. To put it visually, it's approximately 1,461,501,637,330,902,918,203,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
Leave it to Red to have the bat#$@% crazy dictate of the set. Then again, paired with Gisela, you get quadruple damage with no downside.

It's ridiculous to even fantasize about this, and yet... 4x this, 4x Rage Reflection, 4x Furnace of Rath, 4x Quest for Pure Flame, 4x Fire Servant 4x Spitemare, 4x Boros Reckoner. Maybe my math is off, but I think it's 268,435,456 damage from Gut Shot.
Edit: Thanks, Grakling. I knew it had to be more than what I calculated

You: I cast Boros Reckoner. Opponent: Oh goody, red aggro. You: I cast Purphoros, God of the Forge. Opponent: Your devotion to red is four. How nice. You: I cast Dictate of the Twin Gods. Opponent: Oh @#$!... You: I cast Fall of the Hammer. Purphoros deals 12 damage to Boros Reckoner. Boros Reckoner deals 24 damage to you. Opponent:...What.

Pretty cool finisher imho, and deadly in red control decks, turns electrickery into a one sided drown in sorrow.

If you wanna talk about cards that finish games out of nowhere, this one is quickly shaping up to be one in standard. Flash makes all the difference so you get the benefit first, and this effect is so powerful you can easily kill your opponent in one turn.

Flash really makes this a strong card. Flash at end of their turn and you got full mana to go to town with double damage.
If you have this and Satyr Firedancer and they have Firedrinker Satyr, you Shock them for 4, then your Satyr Firedancer deals 8 to their Firedrinker Satyr, which deals 16 more to them.

Gut Shot = 1 Damage to start
4x this, 4x Gratuitous Violence, 4x Furnace of Rath, 4x Quest for Pure Flame, 4x Fire Servant means all Creature, Instant, or Sorcery damage sources you control are multiplied by 2^16.

And that's just off Gut Shot. Imagine if you'd started with Shivan Meteor
