The triggered ability is great. Though I do think that it badly misses trample.

@ Majinara: Everything in green gets trample with ease these days. Garruk Wildspeaker being my favorite method.

I really think Bane would have made more sense in the Elemental/Beast precon instead of the tactician one, but Bane is alright as a card. Enchantments never stay long in EDH, so I don't expect this guy to be getting bigger than 10/10 most of the time.

I like that they still know how to make 6 CMC 2/2's :)

keep finding good mechanics to challenge our notions of P/T : CMC ratios, WOTC! ^_^ in both directions, please. :)

So much flavor, but it really needs trample to be effective; otherwise it's just really expensive mass artifact and enchantment removal. The good news is that's easy to fix, just stick Rancor on it.

It looks like it'd be bad, but honestly? In a slower format where you just want to get the game back to creatures beating up on creatures; this is as good as it gets for mono-green.

I've been waiting for an artifact+enchantment wrath in monogreen for ages. And now we finally have one and it is a creature! And an Elemental. In Horde of Notions, I've regularly wanted Acidic Slime to be an elemental and they went and one-upped it. Oh and also, you can get it back with Reveillark.

This is honestly going in like, three of my decks.

Okay why the *** do people think this needs trample? Purify is a card. This is purify, but for 1 more mana (and a colour switch), you get AT LEAST a 2/2. It's already fair at that. It will most likely be at least a 5/5 when you play it. It's already giving a ton of advantage through the removal aspect, so it doesn't need to be pushed further.

@Majinara: I hope you never complain about powercreep, because comments like "needs trample" on every big creature are expectations that would lead to powercreep if R&D agreed with you. Luckily they don't.

Awesome card. And I say this as a player with an artifact-themed deck and an enchantment-themed deck. Kind-of like Green's version of Phyrexian Rebirth.

This card is just what my Mimeoplasm edh needed. Thanks Wizards!

Needs trample? Of course it does. That's why it sends your Rancors back to your hand when it comes into play.

Love it! Appropriate mana cost I think. Cards like Fracturing Gust and Purify have a CMC of 5. Well, this card is purify on a stick for an extra green mana. Not to mention it gets a buffer bonus contingent on how many artifacts and enchantments it destroys with its trigger.

Is it broken? No. Will it win you the game on it's own? Probably not. Card advantage? Yep.

Any player that looked at this card and thought "man, I wish it did this and …" has been bitten by the creep! Why aren't players happy with solid cards. Does everything have to be "tap this creature or one that shares a color with it: win the game." I'm sure if it had the symbol people would cry that they had to wait a turn.

This kind of needed to exist. Uktabi Kong and Furnace Dragon had their disadvantages.
