I little bit costly just so it can Fling itself at something's face, but you can always attack/block, then Fling for the final push.

Pretty much fairly priced despite my initial reaction. It's still conditional though, though bloodthirst is fairly easy to activate. A solid card.

This dude is from some Viking metal band or something. He's pretty dang cool.

I hate when people try to justify overcosted cards with "it's green". You know what else is green?

You even have Rumbling Slum in the same block, albeit at rare.

For seven mana, I want Sylvan Primordial or even just a simple Kalonian Behmoth. Even in draft, I want more for 7 mana than a conditional 6/6 with a built in fling.

As a reminder, this is excluding multicolored green cards outside of gruul, AND excluding rares, while still staying in Ravnica block.

There are almost always a better card. If I'm playing this in a draft, I am very very sad with my deck and have very low expectations, though It may be slightly better in sealed. If I'm playing casual, I'm not playing this card. A million cheaper cards that are better and more interesting. I'm also not a fan of the art (the art style is all I really have a problem with). Flavor text seems a step too cheesy, and I like silly flavortexts (My favorite is Spire Barrage).

1/5, only reason it's not a 0.5/5 is that circumstances DO exist where I'd play this.
