Buffy! Back in the day, anything that slew Sengir Vampire was considered playable. Not to mention eating Hypnotic Specter for breakfast.

Northern Paladin is gonna cause more pain, but glad they made her an Archer.

How many other white creatures have reach?

Chimney Imp laughs at your attempts to protect yourself from his grasp.

Unfortunately, Baron Sengir is ready to eat her for breakfast.

I'd prefer Raksha over Rashka.

Ya, she might need help hunting down Baron Sengir, she can't even block him without dying.

@Kryptnyt If the Sengir Vampire has no counters on it, he'd be a 4/4 and she'd be a 4/5 for blocking a black creature, and not only be able to kill him, but would also survive...

Bah, misread the Sengir.
At least white's got Righteousness...?

Depressingly overcosted. The only fun part is that she can kill a Sengir Vampire, but not Baron Sengir, so flavor wins.

She looks like a young Hillary Clinton.

Narrow ability with a terribly inefficient body, welcome to homelands.
Back then this was playable though.

Hmmm, built in holy strength.

ALTHOUGH you're supposed to assume that she's got a bow in her hand off-frame, I like to think that she's got laser sight in her right eye.

For this much mana, even at the time, you could get a Serra Angel. Today you could get Baneslayer Angel, but that's not really being fair...

Ah, the heady days of yore when Legends stopped being able to rely solely on their status as Legends to make players like them. One sort of feels like White got the short end of the stick in the Homelands Legends department. In a set with Baron Sengir, Autumn Willow, and Eron the Relentless, White ends up with a 3/3 reach and Soraya the Falconer (who at the time gave +1/+1 just to Falcons, exactly two of which had been printed).

Poor Rashka. No wonder the vampires overran the world. Such a failure of imagination here. She's a vampire slayer who can barely, barely slay the most iconic vampire at the time (Sengir Vampire), on defense, if it hasn't fed yet. Some Legend! Fortunately someone at Wizards figured this out and not long afterwards in Mirage we saw the Legendary Monster Slaying Badass Woman done right: Rashida Scalebane. Yow! Now that's how you design a slayer.

Some more examples of what poor Rashka could have been like: Northern Paladin, Undead Slayer, Slayer of the Wicked, Elite Inquisitor, and the brand-new (as of this writing) Fiendslayer Paladin. Lots of archetypes to choose from, but "archer who gains holy strength when defending against evil" doesn't quite get there.

Nice art, though.

Keep the cost, the body, the build-in Holy Strenght and Reach. Add: "{T}: Destroy target attacking or blocking non-Legendary Vampire". Not incredible, nor useful, but a lot more Legendary Creature - Archer.
