Insanely useful in a Dwarf deck. And don't forget to put some Changeling goodies on top as well.
Once Dwarves actually become a powerful tribal type, i guess this card will get banned from Legacy just like Goblin Recruiter. But up to that point it's a long and stony way until one could even think that they might compete with Goblins.

I especially like how this card is in of itself a commentary on the sheer linearity of tribal cards; Goblin Recruiter is extraordinarily powerful, whereas this fellow is merely a unique joke, and all because of the changing of one word.
Would have loved to see this in Time Spiral as opposed to in Odyssey, but I can't complain about the exact positioning of a throwback when it is done well.

You all seem to be missing the real reason why goblin recruiter was banned in Legacy: Goblin Charbelcher...
For Dwarven beats, Dwarven Patrol is about as good as it's going to get, but 4/2 with penalty for is bleh. Dwarves (if they do anything at all) do red control.

wait. wat. there's a thing called this and does that it EXISTS?

Even if they made Dwarves a terrible tribe, something on par with...I dunno...Homunculi? Drakes? Shades?
No, I honestly can't think of any tribe that should be allowed to do this. Breaks your Commander decks so unbelievably into a million tiny pieces.

When Dwarves finally become a usable tribe, this card will become good. I do hope it happens. Dwarves are cool.

Yes yes, tutoring up all those poor dwarves...and CHANGELINGS!
They were all laughing at my dwarves too, until they saw the goblin charbelcher, followed up by this guy!

This card's price has skyrocketed since they printed Baneslayer Dwarf.

I agree with @Salient, should have some flavor text. Some kind of a joke would be nice.

Balthor the Defiled and Duergar Hedge-Mage aren't bad, but the real reason to run this card: you can fetch your Dwarven Blastminers and Dwarven Miners, to get a land-destruction engine going, especially with an effect like Heartstone. I've seen people run Mine Layer too. (Of course, this is casual. Dwarves are way too slow to play competitively.)
