A pretty cool card, its only downside is making your opponents lands creatures as well, and that exorbitant mana cost.

my little brother uses this card in a green/black deck. i was wondering who this and echoing decay would work?

@vomitron: This card makes lands into creatures, but doesn't give them any particular name or type, which means that they simply keep their existing name (Forest, Island, etc.). So yes, Echoing Decay would work splendidly by destroying all basic lands of one type.
