Meh, can keep you from losing your big baddy, but is it worth including in a deck? most of the time.... no.

Semi-useful, but not worth a slot in most decks...cheap for its effect however...

Back when all I owned was my first Alpha starter deck and whatever cards I'd managed to win from ante, I went to a sci-fi convention and ran into somebody who owned about 5 decks. I looked through his cards and found this! It was amazing! It blew my mind! I traded one of my Serra Angels AND one of my White Knights for it! ... yeah. This of course was before rarity was made obvious, so I thought this puppy must have been rare since I had only seen one (but owned 3 Serra Angels so figured she was common). You win some and you lose some.

I remember this being in the first deck I ever bought...lets say back then I really didn't quite understand the game, we played the game with all the creatures effectivly having what is now known as "wither" (without the power reduction). I remember being excited about this card. Honestly I don't think it ever won me a game though.....

I'm going to say this is the wrong name for this card because it wasn't really part of the Ward Cycle, but it still fits for Alpha Logic back then :) C+.

Colorshifted to green as Mending Touch. This was a pretty good common for the time, and could occasionally surprise enemies as a combat trick. However, time has not been kind to this, as it is useless against bounce removal like Unsummon, -X/-X effects like Last Gasp, and "burial" spells like Terror.

Looking at Alpha era cards, if you had a Serra Angel and not a lot of other creatures, I could see including this. Keeps her around a bit longer and wastes their removal spell, particularly since she's outside Lightning Bolt territory to begin with.

I don't remember anyone actually playing this though.
