Funny to bring utility creatures like Birds of Paradise or Llanowars to their deaths.

*Edit: Thanks Illirreh*

Combos with turn to frog in the new set. Hooray for mono blue creature destruction! Like blue needed it!!

It's alright. I'm sure it has its place in certain decks. I'm sorry but I dont have the knowledge or experience to back this statement, but that doesnt mean I wont bet on it...

Coz you know its true.

Not a big fan. A little too circumstantial for my taste.

typically your opponent has at least one creature he'd prefer not to attack. Lord of the Unreal comes to mind.

I love her. She's perfect for 1/1 nuisances, or higher if you have good defense creatures.

She's not terrible, especially in limited. She's not too expensive and can slaughter your opponent's utility creatures all day long. I doubt she'll ever find a home in a constructed deck (she hasn't in two years anyway) but she's still really cool and her artwork is incredible. 3/5

This card is a great card to get in limited with all the Phantasmal creatures floating around.

You could combine this with lightmine field, might be surprisingly effective. Or it might not.

I combo this card with Belltower Sphinx in my mill deck, since I needed some creatures in the deck...I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but we'll see

She be all like, "Hey Royal Assassin, watch this!" And he be all like, "Woo hoo!"

Formerly seen in Mortal Combat. The flavor text should just read "GET OVER HERE."

I don't think I quite understand how this ability works... I mean, say you target a Birds of Paradise with it.

Can't your opponent, just, y'know... tap it for mana in response before the ability resolves?

There's no rule that prevents you from tapping mana sources without casting spells, is there?

...Because tribal.

The problem is that many of the creatures they don't want to attack with have a tap ability of their own, so they don't need to attack.

But certainly there's uses for this. Deathtouch is your friend here.

I really like this card a lot. Total shame that there are not more cards of this awesome creature type. People seem to like to play ugly goblins and zombies rather than beautiful and mysterious sirens or dryads somehow :/

Anyway... I'd suggest that one should play this in a deck together Siren's Call. Not just because of the fitting flavor, but especially also since both cards combo just perfectly with Silent Arbiter.

goes nicely with slumbering dragon and fog bank.

A creature is forced to attack, slumbering dragon gets a counter, fog bank soaks up the damage.
And all is right with the world.

I think the shop display with Jace and this Siren is SO funny, Jace looks like such a P.I.M.P there! (And I don't even like using that word).
