Could be good. Maybe even at it's best in mono-blue budget decks.

When paired with another color like red or green that like aggro creatures, this is really sweet.

"Hey, Wolfir Silverheart, how would you like to fly over the enemy?"

So... Flight but for two? I'll take that. Although, given how many flyers there are in AVR, i dunno how often you'll bind with a creature that doesn't already have flying.

Much, much better than I gave it credit for. Good for early aggro or as a late-game surprise. Never minded when I pulled this at prerelease...it's always useful, especially for that cost.

This is another very good card. Passive haste or flying can be devastating to a board position. If you're playing against this it can quickly become something that must be killed forcing your opponent to play on their heels or spend on of their invaluable kill spells on your one drop. And if you draw into it, it becomes a creature version of Flight.

Phantasmal Bear or Furnace Scamp!

I've seen more ridiculous combos but turn two 3 damage with evasion is nothing to scoff at or with Furnace Scamp turn two 5 damage with evasion. Mind you that's with commons not some overpowered rare or mythic rare. If you wanna go that route Stromkirk Noble.

Also, Favorable Winds

Surprisingly potent.

Early game, helps sneak in a little damage to start the ball rolling. Late game, can be the final push you need to ferry a fatty over some chump blockers and take 'em out.

This guy and Mistblade Shinoby are BFFs. Or any other ninja for that matter.

Totally solid. "Free" flying for any other creature. Snap it late game on a fatty for extra evasion. I can dig that.

Am I the only one who, based on the artwork, thought this guy was, like, a goblin or something? I thought his goggles were over his eyes, that his forehead was actually his nose, and that his eyes were actually his nostrils. Whoops!

Unmistakably a pair of cobbled wings folded up behind him!

After Wolfir Silverheart and Lightning Mauler this is probably my favorite soulbond card. Free semi-permanent flying for 1 mana AND another 1/1 flyer? Game-changing no matter when in the game it is.

My opponents don't always get to block my Stormtide Leviathan, but when they do, I give it wings.

Honestly, speaking of S.L., this card helps you get over one of its major drawbacks of stopping your own non-fliers from attacking. More solid of a card than I'd originally thought when I opened it.
