Not strictly worse than storm crow, as storm crow can be removed by Terror or Doom Blade, whereas for Rainbow Crow stays alive.

I feel like this could help a Coalition Victory. Also, four for a 2/2 with flying is... oh who am I kidding? I'm sure you can make tons of combos with it, though. 3.5/5.
