Any deck that can sling it's +1/+1 counters around can benefit from the Oracle.
Forgotten Ancient makes for a very reusable card draw: cast three spells, put three counters on the ancient, move them to the oracle, eat them to draw three cards, up to three additional spells to repeat the process.
He has great synergy with Arcbound Reclaimer. Get rid of four counters, draw three cards, use Reclaimer to put him on top of your library, and start all over again.
