Handy card if spend and played right, otherwise just average.

potentially a 4/4 for 4 that can draw 3 cards at will.

quite the card.

Dunno about the card, but that art is gorgeous.

I love playing Prismatic and this card feels like it was designed specifically for it. Thanks R&D guy for making this!

Any deck that can sling it's +1/+1 counters around can benefit from the Oracle.

Forgotten Ancient makes for a very reusable card draw: cast three spells, put three counters on the ancient, move them to the oracle, eat them to draw three cards, up to three additional spells to repeat the process.

would've liked to see this reprinted but oh well

He has great synergy with Arcbound Reclaimer. Get rid of four counters, draw three cards, use Reclaimer to put him on top of your library, and start all over again.

So, I heard Oracle likes proliferate...

Quite nice with one or two primal cocoons and a dash of proliferate for some seasoning.

Then of course there's the obvious doubling season; but let's pretend I didn't say that.

Sunburst is not actually a necessity to make good use of this. Try running with Experiment Kraj in EDH or a regular format for fun times.
