This guy was built to take advantage of Genesis Chamber, since all those little Myr will fuel his stat-boosting, and Lodestone Myr can turn the Chamber off so your opponents won't get free creatures on your dime.
A bit pricy for a 2/2, but its ability ranks it among the best myr, as well as a beautiful mate with Genesis Chamber. Fun when you have a Lodestone Myr, then detonate a Myr Incubator. The opponent plays a thunderstaff and thinks he's so cool. A 50/50 trampler to the head proves him wrong.
This thing can turn into a real monster. Has sparked more than one heated debate about whether the "Tapped artifacts turn off," rule still exists (it isn't, but some people never got the memo, which is odd considering how many folks never knew that rule in the first place).

I love the Myr as a tribe and this guy is probably my favorite. There are so many ways to drop myr onto the battlefield that Lodestone is almost assured to always swing for more than the 2 damage he starts with.
Also, 2XMyr Galvanizer + 1XPalladium Myr + some other myr, the combo that works with everything, can be used to give him infinite damage.

He's good friends with a friendly little Static Orb.
Tap the orb before your opponent's turn is over to "turn it off" so when your turn rolls around you untap everything.
= Opponent's can only untap 2 cards per turn - the orb with NONE of it's usual drawbacks. Same goes for howling mine.
Thus Lodestone Myr DOES still work as an off switch for certain triggers on artifacts so that you can selectively apply effects to your opponents, but this is only on older cards/certain newer cards.
Cards worth "Turning Off": Blinkmoth Urn - Only gives you mana Genesis Chamber - Prevents opponents from gaining tokens Howling Mine - Can prevent the additional draw for you or opponents Static Orb - Can bypass its effect on you Trinisphere - Allows 0-2 CMC artifacts to be played as normal

I would make my opponent play it out just for the sheer joy of watching him clap like an idiot. :D
Genesis Chamber!
Myr Incubator!
Myr Matrix!
Myr Reservoir!
Howling Mine!
Myr Galvanizer!
Also, if you're feeling kinda devious:
Hellkite Charger + Bear Umbra
