BEST WALL EVER! Frost Titan and Sleep will join this in my Blue-Black-White lockdown mill deck.

The main difference that I found with this wall compared to Wall of Denial (aside from the lack of shroud and flying) is that it actually discourages creatures from attacking into it. Wall of Denial does little to interfere with the opponent's tempo--a 1/1, for example, could theoretically attack into it all day if it wanted to and nothing would happen. Two 1/1 creatures could similarly attack into it without any negative effects happening on the creatures themselves. On the other hand, opponents have to play around Wall of Frost by either not attacking at full force each turn or by attacking only every other turn.
@Artscrafter: while it is true that the Sun Titan's vigilance negates the freeze-tap, Gaea's Revenge is not immune. Similarly to how Day of Judgment will blow up Gaea's Revengejust fine (because Day of Judgment never chooses any targets), Wall of Frost will also work because it never actually 'targets' a creature. Since Gaea's Revenge's ability only affects it being the 'target' of nongreen abilities, it has no effect whatsoever on Wall of Frost's freeze-tap.

This plus http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=204997 = Lockdown win at draft :P

Why is this rated so low? It's a great card. One of the best walls obviously.

I still prefer Wall of Denial over this, but they serve slightly different roles. Denial = Better against flying, immune to targeted removal, slightly bulkier. Frost = Don't have to splash white, and helps a little better against swarm attacks, plus stops a bomb that can kill it for a turn longer.
Generally I'd prefer Denial against white, blue or black, and Frost against green or red.
Also: This didn't help me as much as I'd hoped in the prerelease, but then again I went up against two players with Sun Titan (vigilance negates the lockdown) and one with Gaea's Revenge (immune to blue effects.) Edit, @Cardcypher: Shoot, you're right, since it doesn't say "target." Man, I wish I'd realized that then.

As far as cards that won't win you the game and won't permanently deal with opponents' threats go, this is one of the best! However, you should probably seek to minimize the amount of cards in that category you play anyway.

Another good example of power creep done right. Walls were almost universally dud cards, even in casual and limited play. You didn't LIKE them being in your deck. Magic should be about cards you're excited to play, not cards you're disappointed you have to put up with.
Making walls more competitive and powerful is a great move. Also I've always thought walls were some of the most flavourful creatures, given that you're supposed to be dueling wizards.

Great wall, the sleep effect can help a lot. Wall of Denial was mentioned already, but another 3CMC wall that I often turn to is Drift of Phantasms. The transmute effect can be super useful to find a needed deck piece, say a Megrim and in a way I feel more secure with the flying blocker if needed.

I have a foil one in my mono blue control deck. This is a very good wall, but not the best, as Demonic Angel said. That honor goes to Wall of Denial.

Dear Wall of Frost, and all your buddies; why you no elemental? Wall is such an uninspired creature type when it's a blatant excuse to not bother thinking through the rest of the card flavor-wise.

My only complaint is that it should be a snow permanent, for flavour reasons if nothing else. Otherwise, great stuff!

The best way to attack your opponent who has Walls of Frost around him, are creatures with vigilance (Wall of Frost doesn't cause blocked creatures to tap).

One of the few walls that does a little more than block dudes to actually slow the game down. Quite nice, I'd recommend it.
