No real tribal support for Zombies in Standard anymore thanks to vampires, so the usefulness of this card is limited.

Unfortunately the only straight "reanimation" type spell in Standard. With all the graveyard hate being printed in seemingly every set, oftentimes one shot effects that remove ENTIRE graveyards from the game, it makes more sense to make these cheaper- two or three mana. Only thing stopping them from doing that is the fact that if you reanimate Primeval Titan you basically won the game...

Excellent reanimation in zombie tribal decks, what more to say?
Five is the right place for this sort of spells. One day, people at Wizards will realize we don't need the anti-reanimation clause on Emrakuls and Progenituses, and this will start to see play.
Of course, they could also take out the clause and print another Makeshift Mannequin, and then it's Marit Lage time all over again.
Playable. Probably 3.5. If Gatherer would allow us to be more specific, it probably deserves a full 3.75. I don't know about 4 - maybe. I guess it can seem like a 4, depending on what you're pulling out.
