I personally think Everflowing Chalice is better; more freedom. The Draw-ability makes this one better, but still...

It's not bad, not great either. Interesting take on triple mind stone. While the mind stones purpose is to accelerate early on and be later sacced to draw more threats (or controllish stuff), this thing doesn't help you early on (obviously), but is better in the late game.
I'd probably run it in some edh/commander decks that lack mana acceleration. It's a pity though that you have to tap it to sac it, so the chances of beeing able to sac it in response to a removal spell are slim.

how are the chances slim? Artifacts don't have summoning-sickness.

I also like Wizards' idea about a triple Mind Stone. This should be pretty useful mana accel, especially with those costy Eldrazi around. And after activating it the third time this will have granted you effectively free card advantage.
In the worst case it's still a Concentrate for instead of .

Hmmm... for most uses I'd imagine the singular Mind Stone would be a much better choice since this one seems to be less usable by most decks.
EDH decks are gonna love this... many run Mind Stone already... so this will be 3x as good in the EDH format (har har).

This thing will rock with Master Transmuter!! WOW! I can see a nice combo coming!

This card is CRAZY!! You can easily drop this turn three (though with the aggressiveness of the format, that's unlikely to happen) on the back of Joraga Treespeaker and either Llanowar Elves, Arbor Elf, Birds, or Noble Hierarch, and then you're set for Eldrazi turn 4. So WHAT if it costs a chunk of mana? It helps you to get there easily a turn or two before you would otherwise be able to play your Eldrazi, and once you're done with it (and you're not already beating down with Annihilator), you can exchange it for THREE MORE CARDS. Nuts. 5/5
And oh yeah, you can't activate both its mana ability and its concentrate ability in the same turn; they both involve tapping.

Took me a second to realize how good this card was, but it's good. You can use spawn tokens to pay for it, and then you have a perm 3 mana generator on the field. It fits great in R, B, or G with all the new spawn generators.

Bounce this in with Master Transmuter. Free card advantage that way provided you used a 0 drop to be replaced with this.

Mostly use this for getting out Pathrazer of Ulamog on turn 7 or 8, then draw cards...it really helps, because twice it got me a Fog when I really needed it

Kinda expensive in my taste. But what the hell, at least it wasn't Aladin's X, or Aladin's Y. Those cards make me shiver.

Nice flavour- after all, only an eldrazi could tap an artifact twice without untapping it.

Good in decks that need 9+ mana. Then when you don't need it anymore, replaces itself with 3 cards. You don't have to cheat everything that's expensive into play, that's why they made cards like this. 4.5/5

This thing is insane. T6 This T7 Kozilek, Butcher of Truth T8 Sac to have 8 cards in hand and 5 mana to play them, chances are you might draw something like Distortion Strike
@ The flavor text: What's the diff between an Eldrazi and a Pot head?
Answer: Not much really.. Pot heads smoke Hydro while Eldrazians smoke Hedro- But at the end of the day they're both just a couple of STONERS walking along their very warped paths.. perspectively respective of course :P

Obviously this can be done sooner with stuff like Birds of Paradise, Oracle of Mul Daya, Joraga Treespeaker...
