Everything is better with flying :) Makes your legions of crappy weenies in draft able to swing for damage instead of sit there cowering from big things.

Winning is so much more fun when you can send something like an Autochthon Wurm or a Darksteel Colossus crashing into the opponent from the sky.

Somewhat playable in M10 limited because of a lack of enchantment removal, but otherwise, 4 mana is a lot to spend on a card that does nothing alone.

I'd rather play Opposition if I had an army. Sim Han Hao's Squirrel-Opposition World's deck was just epic in every way.

Essentially a blue Overrun if used properly, and it doesn't even stop after your turn. Great in the right deck.
OMG, has anyone ever seen someone use this only to have their opponent use Windstorm the turn after? amazing stuff - and i'm one of the many blue players that hates green :P

I love the artwork on this card, that raises it a half-point for me. Certainly a pretty strong spell in the right deck, particularly with mixed colors. A little pricey for the effect, but not too bad.

Running Blue-Green draft with this and Overrun is god.

Wow, it gives all your creatures flying for 4, and only gets 3,5 stars, this is insanely powerful, turning even your small creatures into damage dealers, it rocks.
For some fun in Vintage; toss this on the field with a play set of Dream Fighter and laugh as Emrakul becomes entirely pointless.
(Phasing circumvents protection from colored spells because there's no targeting involved.)

@PhyrexianLobbiest: Except for those pesky 6 permanents you have to sacrifice each time Emrakul, the Aeons Torn attacks.

Blue tends to have a harder time making creature decks and have less trouble finding creatures with evasion, so this card being blue makes it worse than it could be, but it's still quite solid.

@PEVE_O:
It does not work wonders with whrilwind. You cannot taget your opponent's creatures. It reads, "Creatures you control have flying". You means you, not your opponent.
@NinjaJeff:
Why are you sacrificing 6 permanents? Annhilator means when you attack, before blockers are declared, your OPPONENT sacrifices however many permanenets. Here, your opponenent sacrifices 6.
I agree with EvilCleavage. It is good, but it is a bit overcosted.
