OMG... It's kinda like notorious throng, only worse.

Not exactly sure how I feel about it.
It has the versatility of working from either the attacking creatures of you or your opponent, with flying bird soldiers, which can bring some tribal benefits, but has a somewhat annoying 3-color mix for what might not be the most effective spell in many cases.

I don't like the fact, that these tokens are mono-colored birds. For a 3colored spell, I would have expected more than that. In comparison to Spectral Procession this card is crap. There are only a few situations, where you can get a higher benefit, but this spell is much harder to cast and much more likely to be less effective.

I pretty much based my soldier deck around this card and Sigil Captain. I simply splashed a little blue with my g/w soldier deck, and with Rhox Pikemaster from M10 it'd make them 3/3 first strikes. It really can be a killer card.

It doesn't synergize with Exalted at all, yet it's in the same colors.

Adefinitly fun card when played. Especially when your causing your opponents to attack with Gideon Jura !! If able it would be awesome to pull this off when you have 1 or 2 lightmine fields out !!

Wow. This card just saved me a game. I was playing against a guy who, with the use of Rampaging Baloths and Primeval Titan, had a field full of 4/4 Beasts. I had this in my hand and a Soulcatcher on the field. When he charged, I played the Flurry, chump-blocked 13 Beasts (and killed his Baloths with the help on an Aven Mimeomancer) and put 14 +1/+1 tokens on my Soulcatcher, letting him swing for the win.

Needless to say, my opponent was flabbergasted. And, so was I honestly.

I can mostly see this as a comparison of Holy Day and Fog.
Your opponent swings like crazy, and you drop this to counteract it.
Except this one might pick off a few of the lesser attackers.
I don't see much use for the Exalted theme,
But this isn't a bad card to be sure.

Its also an instablocker generator. If you have soldiers giving others +1/+1 and first strike it also kills most of the opponent's creatures. Great against goblin aggro etc. I would give it a 5/5 but the mana cost hurts so 4/5 it is.

I love how this can be used on the attack or the defense. Attack to just drop down a ton of attackers for next turn or defence to deal one damage and block everyone attacking for a measly 3 mana.

2nd Turn: Soulcather's Aerie
3rd Turn: Flurry of wings to block all attackers
4th Turn: Squadron Hawk and win

Fun to cast in a Commander game during an epic combat you aren't even involved in.

I like that you can cast it off of your own attack to effectively double your army and have blockers after you tapped out.

I dunno, making a lotta chump blockers so you can save your exalted creatures (exalted ability for attacking) seems pretty exalted ok to me

Fun card for my Bant Commander deck. Always a blast to cast.

If you're playing Bant tokens, this can enable a full on swing and produce some blockers for your opponent's turn. Although Intangible Virtue makes that kind of unnecessary...

just notice you dont have to block with them, or you can use all to multiblock one giant creature. this is significantly better than most foglike cards. the only problem is it costs GreenWhiteBlue, so it cant be used in most decks.

and yes, fun with sigil captain, cathars' crusade and all this stuff.
