This Card is alright. Works well with The Rack. I never really seen it used to it's full potential.

This is a fair card, but i'd love for it to affect all opponents rather than a target opponent. I understand why it is worded this way, its because The Rack and the dreaded Black Vise were worded the same way. But those later got multiplayer versions of themselves- Wheel of torture, and Iron maiden. This never got redone for multiplayer, and if it did, would it be worth it for six mana? I'd say a big no.
