In my opinion, it's superior to Goblin Offensive, since you can spend your entire mana for the same amount of tokens in the next turn.

Additionally, since The Grand Creature Type Update, these tokens got the valuable creature type Snake, which can be used in conjunction with the Kamigawa Snake cards like the Seshiro family. At best, you can spend a lot of mana through your Shamans with Sachi, Daughter of Seshiro and maybe Patron of the Orochi as well. if you have the entire family outside and a Konda's Banner equipped as well, you'll have a lot of 6/6 Snake tokens with Curiosity. admittedly an utopistic scene, though.

Am I the only one that thinks this should have been reprinted in both Kamigawa and one of the newer Edition sets?

Orochi Hatchery, both have their pros/cons.

An oddly flavorful card. Like, you kick over a basket and a bunch of snakes pour out.

One time I was playing with a friend and he had 2 doubling seasons so he made a million snakes. I laughed, figuring I'd get a pyroclasm, but then next turn he played Overrun. FML.

My snake deck needs this WAT MORE than a Junkyo Bell.

This isn't even magical. It's just a wicker basket with snakes in it.

Kinda expensive and slow, no instant speed hurts it a lot too, but... I love snakes ! 3/5 from me.
