Could've had a better name but at least the art captures the black/green flavor: half dead trees, surrounded by murky water, with something creepy lurking beneath it all.

Twilight Mire? I don't know. Name seem's to fit Fetid Heath more in terms of flavor and artwork then this.

does Twilight Mire work both as a swamp and forest land? or just a land?

i only ask this because overgrown tomb is labeled as land- swamp fores.

It doesn't have the same function as Overgrown Tomb. The reason is that Twilight Mire doesn't have the subtypes Forest and Swamp. Therefore, it can't be searched by fetches such as Verdant Catacombs and it doesn't let the tap lands such as Woodland Cemetery come into play untapped.
