Red Elemental Blast, but that is a stretch. I hope someone posts something serious about him

I had a red, white and blue color hate (LOL!) deck for a while. Ran this alongside scuttlemutts and plenty of pro-blue creatures and story circles. Wasn't the best deck I ever made, but incredibly effective at shutting down aggro. Too bad it didn't have much of a win condition...

Well, the Eventide set loved Colors as much as Shadowmoor.

And this thing makes things blue. So obvious thought is make a deck that likes blue. This can easily save a Lurebound Scarecrow by making it blue, as long as it picked blue. Also other scarecrows that like having blue things.

Any hybrid deck featuring mono-colored creatures can make them dual colored and stronger if one of the colors is blue. So imagine a Red-Blue hybrid deck with say Knollspine Dragon in it and you have Clout of the Dominius. Make Knollspine blue so now its a giant hasty flier with Shroud.

Or a white blue deck with some giant white creature and giving it Steel of the godhead and then making it blue. Ect...

Also, Jaya Ballard, Task mage would love this card on the same team. Make things blue then kill them instantly.

Things like Faerie Swarm would love this too. Mix it with Glamerdye and Kithkin Rabble/Crowd of Cinders/Drove of Elves/Horde of boggarts or any of the dual colored lieges.

Then play some Eiffel 65 and have fun with Blue.

Synergize with Faerie Swarm Then it will become a 10/10 flying since you can tap the 4 islands you used to summon it, plus the 6 blue permanents (2 creatures, 4 lands). Huge fairy!

@RDorothy: Lands are not colored. What you CAN do is tap the islands to turn themselves blue with Indigo Faerie, which is a pretty handy use for 'em, I gotta say.
