Run with Indigo Faerie to make this card not as crap against anything but mono-blue. Still, blue has much better creatures than this sad fella', so I would only run it if I wanted to kill my opponent with one of the worst cards in Magic's history.

Staggerly horrible - terrible size for the casting cost, and you get to pay more for a non-ability (don't most blue creatures FLY, anyway, so how is this thing going to block them?!)

Hes a 2/1 regenerate for . Yeah it only works against blue, but blues not going to destroy the creature normally out of combat. Give him a power buff like Unholy Strength and watch a blue player sweat in their shoes!!!

lol this card is so bad. Against a blue deck, a 2/1 is not nearly aggressive enough. As blue, tapping out on turn 3 to play garbage is suicide. If you are blue against a non-blue deck and this is in it, you are tapping out turn 3 to play a 2/1.
