Borderline broken in decks that combo around elves and Heritage Druid. And if anything you are paying 4 mana to double your elves in play. I give it a 5.

Why just double? A Doubling Season in play means this triples your Elves in play. And since you would probably run at least 1 other Elf token generator with this, the Season is a very good play. Not to mention, the tokens are all Warriors, so this with Bramblewood Paragon and the Season meens the Elves all come into play 3/3 with Trample.
