This would be a very embarrassing way to lose a match. That said, I must not have paid WWC, because I just lost the Game

Why would you play this card if you already have a Platinum Angel in play? You wouldn't lose anyway, so who cares if you get damaged some more?

@xtwistedsoulx you can't cast gigadrowse or anything else on the untap step, the first time players get priority is the upkeep step (in which case you can just float mana).

@Forgeling
Okay if you have the mana.
I was thinking more like Angel's Grace.

A white "pay or die" pact? seems very off-colour to me, but oh well, this works!

Damn you, Gradius!!
If only I had an Angel's Grace handy...

It's usually better than Reverse Damage, due to the surprise and I-don't-have-to-leave-mana-available-this-turn factors.

It does not, however, work with Volcano Hellion, since the damage can't be prevented. That makes me very sad. :(

Not fun to lose when your opponent plays this whilst hive mind is in play

These pacts always feel a little iffy to me, but my crowd enjoys ocasional LD, so losing cause you can't pay is a real drawback. Even a well timed Gigadrowse (Untap step) could mess up your whole plan. Id be sure to be holding some spirit or simian guides just in case, for all pacts. Yeah, i'm not paranoid.
EDIT @Neverendingdream: Well thats certianly changes things. I was honestly not aware of that for over 10 years. I don't know weather to feel embarassed or happy to know that. On one side, I'm walking away from this with knowledge I didn't have before. On the other side, I'VE BEEN DOING IT WRONG FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND NO ONE ELSE BOTHERED TO POINT THAT OUT TO ME!! Sigh... thanks for the heads up.

Use with Hive Mind to kill some opponents.

Why doesn't the gatherer register this card as white?

Play in commander. This card + boon reflection + sanguine bond. Wait for the right opportunity, and it's gonna hurt like hell.

"Yeah, okay, I'll save your life. Nah, don't worry about it, bro. You don't need to pay me or anything.
Now that you bring it up, though... I, uh, planned this huge bush party, but I don't have anywhere to host it. Could you, like... rent me three open plains for a day? Two plains and anything else, really. Yeah. Let me borrow some land, or...

...or you'll be sorry...."

White's reverse damage and life-gaining abilities are still just not good enough in magic. I think they need to try powering them up even more, similar to what they've done with creatures.
