Doesnt ALWAYS help, but it is pretty awesome if you have 2-3 cards under him... Makes for fun times...

Interesting effect, works great with big creatures and scry. Oh, and apperently Intet is female incase anybody didn't know.

This is a fun card only you don't know what you'll get. Sucks paying 3 manna just to pull a land card to play any time. but, it is a 6/6 flying dragon none-the-less and many fliers arent that big.

you have green and blue in the casting cost, meaning intet gets better use if you know the top card of your library, which G and U spells have plenty of to help you know.
I think ultimately you have to purposely want to play with the dreamer, it has a great ability but it doesn't captivate me, it's not a card I say I just have to use somehow... but it sure is a pretty card.
I got Intet out of a few stray packs I randomly bought last year, I just chose different boosters for fun and I've been sitting on this card ever since. From time to time I keep thinking of building a dragon deck just for the extra fun in local casual play, othertimes I say I'll build a deck of huge casting cost creatures and cards etc.
Intet has a decent casting cost, it's ok, not punishing at all, very solid 6/6, meaning they didn't punish us for its special ability, and like cadenblade said- at the very least it's a 6/6 flyer for 6 mana

I realy like this card, even if it is a land exiled with her ability, it's at least thinning your deck a little and your opponant doesn't know what card it is.
But like has been said a 6/6 flyer for 6 isn't exactly a bad deal.

With the right cards this can be epic, especially with scry or cards that let you place a card on the top of your deck.

This card just has fun written all over it haha. I mean when you are playing serious, I guess it might rate different, but if you are just playing with friends, and when having a fun and exciting game means more than winning, Intet is so worth it. Imagine playing a friend, and you guys remake or make new decks every get together just to add randomness or whatever. And Intet hits the board, just the idea of playing a random card out of an opponents deck is a great ideal! Plus, the text makes me laugh sometimes haha. "You may look at the card for as long as it remains exiled." You can just taunt your friends, sitting there and looking at the card if it happens to be a good one "MM, now that is a nice card..."

I use this as a general for an EDH deck. The main limitation is that she doesn't allow you to play the spells at special times - if you find a creature you must play it during your turn on a main phase (unless of course it has flash), lands can only be played on your turn, sorceries only on your turn.
So when you get the card from her ability, usually if you can play it on your turn you do - because if you risk leaving it out of play as a bluff intet might be killed on another players turn and then you don't get to play that creature/sorcery/land at all.

This guy is amazing, I love him for his ability to play things at instant speed. even if you get a land you can trigger instant speed landfall. cast sorcories or creatures on you'r opponent's turn. I put him in a lot of decks but recently I'v been using him in a UGR ally deck. Instant speed allies are very useful.
I also love his colors as I always felt there was a division between BW and UGR in terms of flavor. It's nice seeing the "natural" colors together. and it's very nice on such a cool creature.

My only problem with the card is that red blue green don't mix well at all. Red/Green, awesome big fasty fasts. Blue/Green, awesome big shroudy shrouds. Blue/Red, brilliant control abilities. But not much in the way of fitting all three together for a deck. Although, the irony of using this beauty for an EDH deck is quite hilarious.

Intet's ability does not remove the restriction of WHEN you can cast the spell, it simply says "without paying its mana cost". You're still restricted to one land per turn, sorceries and summons only during your main phases, etc...

I would recommend this with Brainstorm.
My main deck is actually in these colors, but unfortunately Niv-Mizzet fits it much better than him.
@ Gezus82 , he gives no special speed abilities to the cards he exiles. it simply says you can cast it, that means all normal restrictions on casting it remain. if i am not mistaken, any secondary costs would also have to be payed as it only states that the casting cost is ignored.

I run this guy as my main EDH General, and most of my friends try to kill it straight off, due to it's tendency's to pull out multiple huge creatures, then Soulblast to kill multiple people.
Edit: Now I really need to get one or two of the Legendary Eldrazi. 15/15 Flying Trample Prot colored Spells Annialator 6, plus and extra turn, all for three Mana? Sign me up!

She's comming back! Intet will be in one of the Magic: The Gathering Commander decks that WotC has just announced. What's more, her deck will come with two brand-new blue/red/green legendary creatures, and oversized foil versions of both Intet and the new "wedge" legends.
And yes, I do hold the view that Intet is female.

@ AMeisenmeister The gender of the German word for "Dreamer" has nothing to do with the subject's gender. There is no feminine form of the word Träumer; the adjective's gender is insufficient to determine the gender of the subject.

I already have a UGR EDH deck assembled. I sent an important question to WotC about this card though. Say someone does something to make Intet go into the command zone (or just off the battlefield altogether), if- I mean WHEN I play Intet again, will I have access to the already exiled cards? I'm pretty sure I do, but it occurred to me that they might make me make a new pile of cards, with the older pile being completely useless.
EDIT: I emailed a Wizards Representative. They clarified that the older cards are in fact unusable as soon as Intet leaves play, and replaying Intet will be a new Intet. BTW, who gave me half a star like I didn't know what I was talking about without even replying to tell me what I had said that was so stupid?

it would be cool to make an edh deck for each of the five dragons in this cycle. it would also be a very unique deck to use as those dragons are almost the only way to play wedge edh,
gu is also my favourite color as well, I really like this card although i wish its ability was the top card of your opponents deck...

Good, but there are better cards that can get cards like Emrakul and the Colossi.
@ SavageBrain89 I don't think that Inet is female because the german version is called "Inet, der Träumer" and that's the male article.
@ J4bb3rwock The female form of "Träumer" is "Träumerin". You can just add an "-in" as you can do with nearly every german noun to make it female. But although I admit that Inet may be female and the translation is just insufficient.

Unluckly I didn't never play this dragon, even if I own one, becuase I left Magic exactly in these days! However, I think that if everything goes well, you have a huge advantage; if something goes wrong, you can play a land for {2}{U}... So you have to build your deck accordly, not a condition required by the other Planar Chaos Dragon!
However I like it a lot, I see a lot of potential! 4/5

I seem to recall an Ask Wizards (back when that was still around), and they stated Intet is female, the other PC Dragons are male. So I say female.
I also have her as my General in my main EDH/Commander Deck. Even with no deck fixing, she's been pretty good for me most of the time.

Like Dromar before her, the Blue-centric Legendary Dragon of the cycle requires you to carefully think and build your deck with real strategy other than looking up "Color = My Commander's Color Identity"; "Rating = >3.56" on Gatherer. I like cards like that :) But I also think I ONLY like them in Blue-based stuff, since the game is actually complicated enough without making the cards difficult to see what you want to do with them.
They should KEEP making Blue like they used to make Old Fashioned MTG, but Green and Red, frankly it's ok that they hit you over the head with Timminess/Titanlike stuff now. :P
White and Black are strange animals, that lack some definition but each make up for in potential. If R&D want to please as many people as possible with the game as a whole, White and Black need to remain bridges between the Big Dumb Monsters and the Clever Spellbook approach. While the balance has nearly been kept, Power Creep seems to me to be most dangerous for these colors (they will never powercreep Blue again after The Mind Sculptor. They are justified to kind of be in a State of War with Blue thanks to that, and no amount of powercreeping creatures will really be able to change the fact that there are always answers for Creatures that cost 3 mana or less: Either Counter it, Destroy it, Discard it, or Exile it from the Graveyard-works on everything.) So Black and White are the colors that people should be most concerned about, since the other 3 are kind of pretty much s cripted at this point.

We seriously need more {URG} Wedge cards. I think the planar chaos dragons, and other legends of the Time Spiral block were perfectly balanced. I've seen the weird stuff that got printed in Commander and Planechase and weep at the level of powercreep Wizards crammed into the casual sector.
Maelstrom Wanderer seems kind of OP for often giving his controller free Time Warps, Temporal Masterys, and titans. Zedruu draws an abnormally large amount of cards while gaining extraordinary amounts of life. The Nin decks in my meta get away with shooting Stuffy Doll, grumble grumble.

Sage of Epityr and Nulltread Gargantuan are in-color options to support her strategy. When Intet swings and is not blocked, you can get back whatever you put back with the Gargantuan, or you can plan your plays according to what the Sage has seen. I love the distinctly blue flavor of this dragon, making the player think and plan to make it work optimally.
