Amazingly ugly artwork, particularly compared with the absolutely incredible work done on Zendikar's female vampires.
I supposed that the nostalgia of the Coldsnap set also included some sort of masochistic longing for the hideous art of times long past.

I like the art for the Zendikar Vampires better. I honestly think that Arrogant Bloodchief looks better than this. Blood Tyrant looks better. A lot of vampires look so much better. The only art that this card trumps is Grandma Sengir.

I'd like to see her cost less or have 1 more power/toughness. She's kind of overcosted for hardcasting and yet a little too underwhelming for a reanimator target.

All of the comments about her boobs are ridiculous. It's fantasy art, not pornography people, stop acting like children and giving Magic fans a bad reputation. Go ahead and talk about the art - you're free to like it or dislike it for whatever reason other than the childish rating of her looks. For instance, I also find the art to be silly, but only because of the random and lazy blue mist taking up 50% of the art. If I ran her as a commander I would probably get it altered to something better looking.
Better yet, discuss the card too! For a vampire, she's kind of boring. Consider the newer Anowon, the Ruin Sage or Olivia Voldaren. Then again, only with Garza can you run Blood Tyrant in a vampire tribal Commander deck, so she does have that going for her. She isn't terrible, just not as interesting as options in other colors. However, that also means she is played less, so if you're a fan of running less common commanders, she's a decent pick.

I love using her with Extra Arms. She can fly over most blockers and hit for damage plus card draw. Then the extra arms can knock out chump blockers and give here +1/+1 counters. No chump blockers? Fine, just do 2 more to your opponent.

Powerful card and worthy as a Commander.
The art is odd - good catch on the endless blue mist back there. I wonder what happened? Did somebody forget to turn on a layer in Photoshop? Oh, well.
Not too bad for a General in a Commander game. Flying 5/5 and haste is decent, considering the cost of other generals. Combo her with by equipping Basilisk Collar and Thornbite Staff to basically boardwipe everyone else's creatures while simultaneously pumping her up with enough counters to hopefully one shot someone with general damage that turn.
