Plus, that Rebel type is great with things like Amrou Scout, etc. Just a beaststick.

A 2/2 for 2, plus flanking, plus someone has to pay to kill it. one of my faves

Used this card as my WW 2-drop for years. He's great at attacking, and stays on the field for a long time, but watch out that you don't over rely on him. Invincible he is not - in time your opponent *will* deal with him. 4/5
Personally, I like Nimbus better. In most cases(Read: Against anything not named Black) Nimbus is essentially a 3/3 with auto regen. White just has First Strike, but against black White barely gets the lead.

Plus he's a knight. Admitably anything that forces a regen would be stoped by indestructibility, so its kinda redundent once you get the lord out. Before that though, he's great at makeing sure you have guys around once he gets there.

ONLY any opponent may play that abililty! Guys, don't go thinking you can take away his regen... you'll have to somehow trick your opponents into doing so.

An extremely solid guy. Plus he's a knight!

Fantastic card!!! WW for a 2/2 with all those abilities??? Doesn't get much better than that for 2 CMC!!! And the artwork is absolutely phenomenal!!! A great Knight card!
Combos well with Outrider en-Kor. I have them both in my knight deck. If your opponent doesn't have the mana, just redirect all damage to him and save your en-Kor.

Best buds with Outrider en-Kor. They went to lance school together.

Detainment Spell is nice, yeah. I was thinking about running Damping Matrix though since a lot of knights don't have activated abilities x )
EDIT: Oh, they have. Good. A great way to make your friends hate you.

Every card in Time Spiral was a throwback to at least one previously printed card.
This card references Clergy of the Holy Nimbus as is notably a Rebel and a Knight (which in Time Spiral meant the card would have flanking.)

This is one of my personal favorites as a 2-drop for White Weenie decks.
First of all he's strong for his mana cost. A 2/2 and capable of beating a 3/3 in combat and potentially survive it (via regenerate), or simply an early blocker if you're facing an aggro deck yourself.
Second, there's the fact that he's difficult to remove. If you play him in a white weenie, it's very good since your deck is supposed to be fast and shine at early game. Nobody can afford to pay 2 extra to finish this guy off (and as I've mentioned, he's quite formidable in combat on the offense, which makes it all the more difficult).
I'm quite grateful that this card has a high score. He certainly deserves it.
5/5 for me for being a powerful, yet balanced card. This is a fine example of what a good uncommon should be.

Knight of the Holy Nimbus
White Knight
I think the Nimbus is better. It's a close call.

Flanking to boot. Fantastic card.
Turn 1 - Pithing Needle, naming Knight of the Holy Nimbus.
Turn 2 - Knight of the Holy Nimbus
Works with any of the old-school cards that have abilities like this. Glittering Lynx comes to mind.
