I really like how the Flashback costs lest than actual hardcasting.

Ok. Follow me for a second. This + some cycling lands + life from the loam in a dredge psychatog deck. Dredge all your deck filled with flashback cards then cast this on your psychatog and shoot in for a whole lot of damage.
Make it U/B/G.

Okay for limited, I guess, but Distortion Strike the almighty simply rapes this card while throwing TNT cupcakes to its face.

Something like this could win you a game if someone's not prepared to stop a creature with a (mostly) block-specific evasion ability that doesn't see much play today. If so, the flashback can give you two free swings.

Yeah, never hardcast this. But for Selfmill decks involving bigger creatures (Splinterfright etc) this could be nice.

This card is brilliant! It's not just uncommon evasion, you can use it on your opponents critters to make it so your shadow creatures can block it! I mean, holy crap! This card is so multidimensional!

The hardcast is really steep, but its a strong form of evasion. Not a bad thing to self mill or discard either. 3.5/5

Used it to deal the final points of damage with a huge Golgari Grave-Troll in a dredge deck. Oh my yes.

The high cost on this one isn't actually a downside since you are usually using the card to finish a player off late in the game.
