This card is amazing and awesome. This is no suicide bomb, this card is great for ichorid/dredge in type 1. In casual play, this card works wonders as well, with madness, reanimator, ichorid, and dredge. How can you forgot Squee also? He breaks this card in half.

This is an excellent land, even though it feels more like an artifact...It has many uses...

there's a video on YouTube of some guys opening Arabian Nights boosters and they pull one of these, pretty entertaining.

Wow, this land is horrible. -1 Card advantage every time you tap it? You might as well just play One With Nothing.

When the point of a deck is to play from the graveyard, this land accelerates things greatly. You can net a turn 2 win easily with a good Dredge deck and a little luck on the draw.

In the right deck, this card is game breaking.

Anyone who doesn't understand why this card is good hasn't seen it played in Vintage.

In casual play, I tried this card in combination with land tax, it worked surprisingly well. It worked so well some of my friends don't want to play against me anymore. :p
Needless to say this card shines in a manaless Ichorid deck.

Would be nice if it tapped for mana, but yes, in the right deck this is absolutely amazing.

@ Kartakass: it took me a few moments to work out what the missing letters in "m***ess" were ;) Stupid gatherer censors. So now the string of letters which happens to spell out '***' is censored as well as the ones which spell out 'ass' and 'cum' and god knows what the *** else... star star star my arse.

I hate when people rate cards without thinking.
This card would be broken in reanimator decks.

Turn 1: Bazaar, use and pitch a good target.
Turn 2: Swamp. From here, unless you're absolutely satisfied with your hand and your graveyard, you'll want to use the Bazaar's ability again and try to draw something better/pitch something better. From there, you should be able to Reanimate a nice target from your graveyard or use Entomb to search for one. If you

The reason why Bazaar is so awesome is because it helps your reanimator deck gain a lot of consistency. Not only does it give you a way of pitch your reanimation targets if you happen to draw them - it also helps you find your reanimation spells. After a mere two uses, you'll have drawn 4 extra cards and discarded 6, among which ought to be at least one of your reanimation targets. And if you didn't pitch a target, you ought to at least have drawn either Entomb or Buried Alive, and possibly a reanimation spell if you didn't have any of them to begin with.

Of course, reanimator is not the only deck using Bazaar, but that's just what came off the top of my head.

Insanely good in many situations. Only bad if you're down to 1 card and don't want to fill your graveyard.

I'd call this the best land in the game, and in terms of its design and history it's certainly my favourite. ever since the Balance decks of 1994, people have been breaking this card in half in really creative ways

Amazing card draw, and for free? You can plow through your deck crazy fast with this thing. I only wish there was a monkey on the canopy stealing melons.

"Would be nice if it tapped for mana." That would have broken this degenerate beast of a card filter even further than it is.

The star card of Vintage Dredge, so important that Dredge players automatically include four Serum Powder and will mulligan all the way down to one card.

Not banned in Commander/EDH, and hilarious fun in a Karador dredge deck, but you'll be reviled for daring to play one.

Anyone else notice how the flavour indicates the merchants at the Bazaar of Baghdad will cheat you blind? Kinda funny. Also interesting how both Rabiah and Earth have cities called Baghdad... Its like Stargate, but with wizards man!!

Let's you partial mulligan every turn. Unless you're low on cards, that's a good thing. Also, combos with Library of Alexandra and untapping effects.
