If, let's say, you put a token into play that's a copy of this creature, since it says "If either B.F.M. card leaves play," would the token be sacrificed as soon as it hits the field?

I remember we were playing unglued and my friend played the "Put any number of cards from your library into play" card. I then gained control of it and he quit. That's ok since I was just going to fling it at him anyways :)

Yeah he is wearing leviathans and krakens, but to put his size really into perspective, Progenitus can wear him as earrings.

I wonder if it is intentional that when you are viewing first half of the creature, text for the 2nd half is displayed? So by reading across from picture to text and back you can see the whole "card".
Doesn't work when viewing 2nd half though :(

So... when you're building a deck can you put 4 of each side into your deck, or can you only put 4 B.F.M. cards total into your deck?

This needs trample! Why print it without trample?

This creature is so awesome, really want to get him. but why people complain about one side being good and the other not, I think the point of a "two card for one creature" thing is, that if it were just one card, then it'll be stupidly powerful and everyone with a black deck will get one, hell, people without black will put it in their decks just to have it. also, if you gave it trample or reach or something like that, again, it would be too powerful. Plus anything that blocks it, except darksteel and regenerating creatures, will die, and your opponent has to do that with 3 creatures.
Eldrazi based decks won't be able to stop this thing. He attacks you, what a shame, you sacrifice other cards, you attack him, either he blocks and loses 3 of his precious eldrazi, or he dies. SIMPLE AS!

Basically, if you want to really kick ass with it, equip darksteel plate and whispersilk cloak, then your opponent will never be able to get rid of it. *Evil Planning*

This is NOT the scariest creature I have ever seen. That title goes to Emrakul, who has haste (via extra turn), Flying, proxies himself (via extra turn), untaps all lands you control (via extra turn), is uncounterable and can be killed by almost nothing. The fact that one hit from him makes you sacrifice 6 permanents really never makes a difference in the game since that's usually enought to finish you.

This guy dies to every type of removal, is nearly impossible to play, requires a second cost to get out, and can still be chump-blocked by anything with deathtouch. The fact that he costs 15 of one color means that there's a very small chance of ever giving him useful abilities like trample and haste too.

I always imagined the face of the guy that pulled either side of this card in his packs.

@BastianQoU It was in fact, for even quite a long time, listed in the Comprehensive Rules Book - until the Grand Creature Type update.
Before that, for some hilarious reason, it was legit to choose from any of those potentially ridiculous creature types available in any of the Un-Sets.
(Although admittedly, i'm not 100% sure about that, i've once heard that that it was never truly possibly because Silver-bordered cards obviously aren't part of official Expansions, and similar quirks from Un-sets (like choosing pink or hazel as a color) aren't legal either. But as i said, they were listed in the official rules book, at least. Even then, it didn't matter that much, since there were still plenty of weird creatures to choose from, like Ali-from-Cairo, Devouring-Deep, El-Hajjâj or People-of-the-Woods. Dandân was one of my personal favorite choices.)

BFM's type was unmissable in the old lists that included all of the creature types available in Magic.
It would have been written with Hyphens as The-Biggest-Baddest-Nastiest-Scariest-Creature-You'll-Ever-See.

So yes, at some point in the game, during a Conspiracy, all of your creatures could turn into
The-Biggest-Baddest-Nastiest-Scariest-Creature-You'll-Ever-Sees (that's the plural term).
Your Imagecrafter was even capable of turning Phage into a Lady-of-Proper-Etiquette.
Even after stepping out of the silver-bordered realm, you could make Volrath your brother with a Trickery Charm.

It is a shame that you are "technically" not correct. Eldrazi do not have genders. You're thinking of the Kor and Merfolk sky goddesses. Both the Kor and Merfolk used long forgotten memories of Emrakul as inspiration for their sky goddess, Kamsa and Emeria, respectively. Both races assigned a female gender to their sky deity, but the real Emrakul has no gender.

nice try, wotc.
the same cmc in mono blue could get you 4 storm crows, unstably mutated, half of them essence flared, with one leftover to twiddle the bfm.
hah! it's like you guys didn't even plan on people using the unglued set

ErnieZer0 "Eldrazi based decks won't be able to stop this thing". All is Dust, all day every day would take this guy out. How could you possibly play him if Eldazi are annihilating all your lands and creatures while you scramble to make more black mana. I can get out Emrakul turn 4, good luck getting BFM out before that lol. In fact it's so easy to destroy BFM it's laughable, either you are trolling or are very inexperienced at Magic...
