Time Ebb with a 2/2 body. Makes {{2U}} + {{3}} for a generic creature = {{5U}}, huh?
A casting cost of {{4U}} would not have made this card broken i guess, though...

The spells cost is prohibitive, and the creature has weak stats. I don't see where the value in this card lies.

Should be flying, or something.

Six mana is too much to put creatures in latrines...

I didn't know there were bad creatures in ravnica...

this is a slap in the face to the Vedalken, quite sad.(I wish reprints could balance stats to make old cards useable if nothing else, its not as if they could still be used in standard or most other tourament structures)

Just fine for a limited environment. Plow your opponent's Hunted Troll and basically win the game.

Good limited card. You have to remember that Wotc have to think of limited formats as well when they print a new set. I would never put this card in a constructed deck, but will draft it (later pick most likely) or use it if I open one in sealed.

They had to be very careful with such a powerful ability; if you can make this ability recur somehow (like, using Vedalken Mastermind), you've basically locked your opponent down (they'll never draw anything but the creatures you bounced.) Still, it seems they were a bit too careful, because later they printed Nevermaker, and it didn't break the game.

@allmighty_abacus: you've not see Zephyr Spirit yet, then... This is somehow usable (and somehow quite powerful)in limited, but the spirit is usable only in a dedicate spirit deck with kamigawa cards...!

This is not so bad, but below the average. Slighter better stats would have helped...

Put four of those and four Chimney Imps into your deck to scare your opponents.

Awesome looking creature, but not cost effective in the slightest, only reason I could see playing this is to get any of the Dragon enchants(Dragon Wings, Dragon Fangs, those things) back from the grave, but there are even better cards for that.

Great ETB effect! Now just give him more muscle and he would be a "good" card

Today I was walking downtown, when behind the local latrine pit I see a poster hanging up that caught my eye. It was a poster with this card printed out enlarged followed by its star rating of 1.89. Underneath that was the logo of the "Play Cards Before You Rate Them Campaign". Rather effective PSA, I must say. (The latrine pit has nothing to do with the story.)
