Wait, you're suggesting this for RRR? That's swinging for nine. For three mana. With the option of putting them in sacrifice outlets. Spark Elemental x3 isn't how costing cards work, sadly. Bloodyspasm is more correct in saying 2RRR, possibly 3RR. Turn five is an okay time to hit for a conditional nine.

Properly played, you should hit your opponent for at least 6 with this card. Worth 6 mana, even better if you can take out a creature as well. If, due to your opponent having a creature wall, this only hits them for 3, or even 0, it should still remove 2 or more creatures, which is good for one card. The possibility of this hitting for the full 9 is iceing on the cake.
Well worth the 6 mana casting cost.

Not a great card, but a beating. One of my favorite things in Magic is to ramp into one of these on turn 4 with a Seething Song.

This at would be completely broken...although Forgeling is right in that they should have trample...

Seems very nice with pandemonium. 6 CMC for 3x3 dmg and an attack with the creatures afterwards.

Boo! Give 'em trample and make it a Tribal Sorcery - Elemental.

9 damage for 3RRR isn't bad... Even less so with coming after a In the Web of War to raise it to 15...

Honestly, what makes it so deserving of costing twice the mana of Ball Lightning? 1RRR or 2RRR would have been more reasonable...

I'll take lightning coils over this.
Well worth the 6 mana casting cost.
