I love that card.
Unless your opponent has ways to get rid of the enchanted creature, you'll have a delayed Unsummon every turn - great tech against aggro! Most often mana advantage for you.

And, on top of that, you can also use it on your creatures in case you want to bounce them for re-using their cip/etb trigger again. Especially if you cast it on those with Echo.

Talking about these, returning enchantments might be profitable as well if those Auras also trigger, e.g. Sisay's Ingenuity, Fists of Ironwood and others.

(Watch what you're going to return to your opponent, of course. You won't want him/her to cast a Flametongue Kavu a second time)

Or Bogardan Hellkite unless you have a counter in your hand.

Combine this with Kor Spiritdancer for an Unsummon with a cantrip attached every turn.

Also cool with Lyeline of Anticipation or that vedalken thing, as you can bounce them before they even recover from summoning sickness.

So annoying to play against... and so much fun to play it, especially with the Leyline of Anticipation as it's been said there before :)

I have experienced both situations... and I love it, though I will replace it with Dissipation Field

I just played a game with my ninja deck where I combined this with Augury Owl. Starting at turn two I scried 3 almost every turn for the entire game. Amazing card advantage generator.

This was such a top pick in draft. Those were good times.

I and a friend got into an argument over this. I played this on one of his creatures. On his next turn, he bounced the creature. I said that it bounces on MY turn, not his, since I control the enchantment. He said since it was on his creature, it bounced on his turn. I'm assuming I'm right, but can anyone verify please?

"you" on a card in most or all cases refers to the card's controller. you are correct, sir.

Quite possibly my favorite card ever. Compared to this why is unsummon so popular? Unless opponents have a quick way around it, it's GAME OVER!!!!!! At least 3 belong in every blue deck.

@Repete - just to be perfectly accurate, Mark of Eviction + scry isn't card advantage. However, it's very good draw filtering, and as we've seen from cards like Preordain, Ponder and Sensei's Divining Top, draw filtering can often be as good, if not better than raw card advantage.

Of course, it's very easy to generate card advantage with this. For as little as 2 mana you can get creatures with draw-a-card ETBs like Wall of Omens or Elvish Visionary. And plenty of other abilities which are similar to draw a card, like Coiling Oracle or Augur of Bolas.

One overlooked thing is that you're getting to cast a spell each turn, for 1 mana. So if you're playing a card that cares about spellcasting - such as the new Consuming Aberration (5 mana UB mill creature from Gatecrash) - you can get a lot of value out of it.

First off, gorgeous design; can we see a reprint with a cycle attached?

Red- 2 or 3 damage to that creature
Black- negative counters maybe
White- Gain life (political if enough life is gained)
Green- add mana / destroy with flying
Blue- This

Second, I like Leyline of Anticipation, but let's get silly here. That plus paradox haze will mess with your opponent.
