I had a U-W control deck that LOVED Blinding Angel. It was great fun to not have to even worry about countering most of the things your opponent played anymore because you had one permanent that neutralised most of their spells.
Oh, and that permanent/answer card also would eventually give you the damage that you need to kill your opponent!

I would gladly switch out my Serra angels for a few of these

I think I would pair this with whispersilk cloak

Spirit en-Dal pairs well with this.

Word of advice: Be careful about playing this against your friends or new players, it can quickly discourage them from playing magic. Use it in tournaments or against hardcore established players.

Dude malachorn, I have a BlueWhite control right now that LOVES this chick! My brother and friends seriously hate this card! They say it's not even fun playing when I use that deck hahaha! I can't get enough of it though! GOtta love control right??

Lightning Greaves and the aforementioned cloak both combo very well, straightforward and efficient attacker. This has been a staple card in my white decks for years. Don't matter how many baneslayers I'm facing, they can't attack me next turn!

A card that neutralizes a sizable portion of all cards is bad design, especially when it's gonna take her 10 turns to seal the deal. Novablast Wurm can be brutal, but at least it costs 3GGWW and ends the game in 3 turns; Blinding Angel, on the other hand, keeps the losing player helpless and bored for a long time.

Works great in the Rafiq of the Many EDH/Commander/what-have-you deck.

I've come across her a few times, but never had a problem with her. People only seem to put her into jank angel tribal decks. And those are pretty much awful just-for-fun things to a certain extent.

@Gabriel422: It doesn't neutralize all that much. All you need to do is block her. You know, with one of those creatures that you weren't able to attack with. She only has 2 power, and no evasion beyond flying-- Shouldn't be too hard. Or use some sort of damage prevention effect, again it's only 2 points. Or (it must be said, though it's true of almost everything) some sort of removal. You can combo this with Whispersilk Cloak or the like, but that just says that the combo is powerful, and there are plenty of card combos that'll just win the game outright (besides, Whispersilk combos well with everything worthwhile). It's a powerful effect, but it's fairly balanced by being easy to guard against.

This lovely lady has definitely sealed the deal for me many, many times. Use Fireshrieker or True Conviction for some double strike and you have to use a pen and paper to keep track of the lost combat phases.

Well if this angers you that much next time you will play with more removal.

If this card ruins your game, you're not playing well. This card dies easily, Doom Blade and so much more. Also other ways of winning would also work.
