2 lands destroyed for 5 mana is good.

A3kitsune is right that 5 cmc for 2 lands is a pretty good deal, but sadly this card RARELY will destroy a seconed land since many decks do not run legendary lands. So paying 5 cmc to destroy 1 land is not a good deal at all. Even in green.
Kamigawa has a lot of Legendary permanents, of all kinds.

I would just like to go on record as pointing out how B.S. it is that Library of Alexandria is non-legendary. Thank you for your time.

"Why must all the "worm" cards be disturbing as heck!? "
@Goatllama: I think that's because worms naturally tend to look disgusting. Particularly the imaginary live-threatening, giant-sized ones. (But also the small ones that can live inside of your body, which i think are even worse.)
I have it in my green spirit EDH (Kodama of the South Tree) and it works for sure, but still isn't the most exciting play. A land kill with an optional upside is okay at 5 CMC, getting boosts off the arcane is nice even if I have little enough splice to work with.

In comparison i don't find these gummy-candy-worm-colored-ones that bad.
There are black cards with more disturbing worm artworks.
