Great reprint, I'd love to see this card become more accessible. I was strongly considering building monoblue Tron, so I need me one of these.

Tolarian Academy was so broken, the only way they could get rid of it for good was by sinking it.

Volrath's Stronghold in the best color recurring the most easily abused permanent type. Seems good.

Nothing actually new to say, except

If You Had a Time Machine, You'd Create An Algorithm To Factor in Polynomial "Time"

and
www.hpmor.com/chapter/17

And that's how Tolarian Academy became Academy Ruins.

Don't forget that this is a key piece of the Killing Gentleman deck.

"Balanced" for being legendary land, but this land can produce so many game winning combos while politely tapping for 1. Run x2 in any blue artifact deck.

Once you get this in your draft, pick up all the Pyrite Spellbombs you can, and then you have a backup strategy.

Engineered Explosives becomes even more absurd when this guy recurs it..
Answer basically any non-land permanent with this; Loam, and EE. Extremely good and abusable.

Anyone else saddened by the flavor text? Especially if you consider how powerful the academy was, and now only crabs care about its remains...
