This seems like one of the hidden kamigawa spirit lords, since a ton of them are legends. I'll need one in my karador spiritcraft deck.

this actually seems very good for Kaalia decks :)

a) lots of good angels dragons and demons are legendary. (Bladewing + Malfegor is an excellent example of the synergies you) can find
b) Kaalia herself wants more protections and buffs than most generals, since she starts only 2/2
c) could be a political card. say that Token Guy or Infect Guy or Whatever Guy just aren't playing the game right. Remind people that Commander should about Legendary Creatures smashing into each other and coming back like Norse Gods after a bunch of Armageddons. Use Master Warcraft to make sure that Infect Guy's general dies as many times as possible.
