This card is great, because it can be used in so many different ways.

This card is all about doubling your ally's mana in 2 headed. This is most possibly one of the most powerful/underrated blue spells of all time. I put this card on the sideboard of one of my decks and fetch it using Cunning Wish.

Tap or Untap all artifacts, creatures, or lands? Am I missing something? or can this be better than Cryptic Command in many situations?

high tide for the win, although that kind of deck had better stuff.

High tide :) Or, of course, you could use it for basically a four-mana "take an extra turn"

One of the few cards that got more complex due to oracle text.

So that's what 'fair play' looks like in Urza Block :p
At least it doesn't untap 4 of your lands for you. :p

Incredibly versatile and powerful. Some uses: Tap all their creatures on their turn, making them unable to attack, and open for attack on your turn. Tap all their lands on their turn, limiting their ability to cast spells. Tap all their artifacts. Meh... Untap all your creatures on their turn. Surprise! I have blockers. Untap all your lands, significantly magnifying your mana production late game. Mana x2 minus 4. Even more if you have two in your hand. Untap all your artifacts. Some decks might like that, otherwise, meh.
And this is an uncommon....... uh huh. Well, it's borderline rare, I guess.

I am surprised nobody has said Nivix Guildmage, with 8 mana you can start of an infinite mana combo. I use it in my Melek, Izzet Paragon EDH deck, using it to cast copies of Guttersnipe for game.

I, Just. This card. This might be my favorite card. It's ridiculous! It's incredibly versatile, It's any number of different cards put into one four mana instant. Actually, my friends have basically banned me from using it in casual games of EDH because I win pretty much every time I resolve it, and we want our games to have a little more variation when we're not playing seriously. Long story short. This card is amazing, play it. Play four. Play it with Reiterate and Nivix Guildmage, or just play it as is and have 8 cards in one.

The one who actually committed the crime... IS YOU! This card is insanely powerful, and I long very deeply for an altered art version of this featuring Phoenix Wright.

After playing this in Riku of Two Reflections EDH I've come to the conclusion that Turnabout IS NOT fair play!
You almost always win if you can cast this with Riku on the board.

its undeniably powerful, but not overpowered (doesnt win games on its own, usually). super versatile, but not unresponsable. this is one of the best card-builds i've seen, and i hope it to be reprinted.

So, Fog, Silence, Vitalize, Mana x2 -4, a better Blinkmoth Infusion, or a better Metal Fatigue. Your choice.
