Nice card. Things to note:
- right before you play one of these, bounce an annoying permanent your opponent has to his hand, so you can exile it with this card
- single, they pretty much suck. But if you get already two of these into play (like with sculpting stee), then your opponent can play 4 more spells before he loses
- also fun with march of the machines, since you can the clone these or simply use them to bash your opponent with, since they are then 5/5 guys.

Too expensive. You want something at 5 CMC to make or break a game, and this isn't going to get close to that.

This is either gonna slow the game a lot or end it in your favour. 4/5

Annoying, and that's it. It gives mono-Tolarian Academy artifact decks a reusable Castigate. No fun to be had here, move along.

Couldnt u spam bounce this with lets say, septer + boomerang or something. Then have the flash leyline out to prevent ur opponet from drawing? Very fancy, but you could sneak that combo into a working deck. Would be fun lol..

Pretty expensive, but i could imagine this in a Mishra, Artificier Prodigy Deck

This combos well with a lot of artifact copy such as Mirrorworks. Get multiple of these out and you not only steal things from your opponents, but you also force them to take lots of damage when they cast a spell.
