Great card in both limited and constructed. You have to combo it will in constructed with cards like Immortal Coil and other cards that can mess you up unless your prepared for it. In limited you can give away a Jinxed Idol or a couple cards like Jackal Pup that appear in this block that tend to hurt the controller a lot.

The fact you get to choose to keep something makes it substantially better, although more costly, than Donate...UNLESS your playing against someone who doesn't use many permanents.

Yes, a two card combo which causes your opponent to take 2 damage per turn and can be disrupted is "great"...

Useful in EDH to steal a gamebreaker or someone's general in exchange for something of lesser value that you control.

Puca's Mischief is better, Legerdemain on a stick, basically. I like using this with Scornful Egotist--you can take anything with 8cc or less, and all they get is a 1/1.

Apparently Glok is his dead friend or something: Firestorm

Why am I going through all 34 cards with Squee in the flavor text? Because Squee is awesome, my friend. Squee is awesome.

As someone doing the exact same thing, I have to agree.
