Wow, I think Rise of Eldrazi made this card almost playable. If it was tweeked a little I think something similar in Fall of Eldrazi would be in order.

boltable, slow... but for the set it comes from, kinda impressive, and it's not often you find something in blue that generates tokens. cheap chump blockers for everybody!

Two mana creature generation is at least playable, which is pretty good coming from Homelands.
