Regardless of how good this card is. I still hate it. There are so many ways to recur artifacts, that it's not even fun. You can't even quit because the other player is using your deck!

I think that this card only gets annoying, if you are able to keep playing it over and over each turn.
Else, the card is half of the time a Time Walk, and half of the time a win.

I've never had much problem with this card. Funny situations often arise from it, it rarely locks you out of the game completely, and it's not like it hits you early on very often, at least not outside of vintage - and frankly if you can't deal with being screwed like that you shouldn't be playing vintage. In casual I'd call it fun and interestingly powerful but rarely game-deciding on its own.

should never been printed...This card is too degenerate in play...granted had it not been an artifact, or the Urzatron/8-post not existed, I think I wouldn't mind this card as much...

MtgTGG, read the rulings. The fifth one on 12/1/2004 says that they can't make you concede, but players may concede at any time.

It should read "EXILE mindslaver".
Other than that, a very interesting and fun card, I'd say.

"Hm... let's see here, I think I'll Putrefy your Hellkite Overlord, naturalize your Dragon Roost, use your own Flameblast Dragon to kill itself... and I think that's your turn. My turn, I think that I'll attack seeing how you have nothing good on the field." The reaction: priceless.
Great card, GIGANTIC potential!

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha Funniest card I have ever seen! And SOOOO useful!!! The biggest downfall is ussssuuuually making dumb mistakes, and with this card you can make the dumb mistakes FOR those people!!! Rushing into an attack, wasting unsummons on your own creatures, paying life for some black effect, the possibilities are ENDLESS!!!!! I LOOVE IT!! I just thought of Ad Nauseam, itd be horrible, simply horrible, and quite cheap, but what a way to win hahaha. And theyre bringing it baaaack!!!!!

Not a fun card to play against at all. In my group, there's a joke we tell anybody who plays Mindslaver:
"If you want to play with yourself, you can do that at home. Don't make us watch."
@Lege: Your opponent would control you during your next turn. Just because you control a player it doesn't make you the controller of his or her permanents, spells and abilities (term wise). Your opponent is still the controller of his/her Mindslaver, so the "you" in Mindslaver's ability refers to them - not you. Also, you lose control of that player after the turn ends, so you won't be controlling them when it's their time to control you. Not as fun as the universe imploding, but if anyone wondered what would happen if you had a Mirror Gallery on the battlefield and both players had a Mind Slaver, now you know.

Something amusing I just noticed: If you have a way to grab the sacrificed mindslaver out of your opponent's graveyard at instant speed, and enough mana to use it, you can negate its effect by using it on yourself -- you will control you during your next turn, and since your activation of it has the latest timestamp, it takes priority.
(Your opponent still gets to see anything you see during that turn, because those parts don't contradict. But you get to control your decisions, not them.)

I remember getting this puppy out in a big edh game in my Teferi deck. I had like like 13 open mana with an Unwinding Clock, Academy Ruins and Mycosynth Lattice out along with this. It ended up being a 5 way game with myself lol
