Yeah... Master Transmuter Send him back into hand, destroy lands. Pop him back out, destroy lands.
Just don't play with any basic lands

Can you still use his ability when there's less than the 5 basic lands? Ex: there's a swamp, island,& forest but nothing else. Would it kill the 3 lands?

Ruins all the fun. There were no good multi-lands at that time, so any multi-colored deck falls before this card.

@ BlackAlbino: I was wondering the same thing, so I found this in the Display Rulings section, on this card's main page (the page before this one, where you can click the link to rate and discuss this card).
"If one of the basic land types isn't present, it isn't chosen. If the only land of a certain type is one you control, you must choose it."
So, if there are only Swamps, Islands, and Forests in play (on the battlefield), you could still play Sundering Titan. You would just destory three lands total: one Swamp, one Island, and one Forest.

Lesson learned the hard way: Never, ever exile him until end of turn, esp' if you're playing more than 2 colours... *wince*

I guess you know it's a good card when in most cases all it needs to both combo and devastate your opponent is one other card. The way I did it recently is not as broken as bouncing Mr. Titan with Venser but pretty interesting at least: Strands of Night Sundering Titan and then sacrifice it with Fallen Angel (but of course any sac outlet would work), repeat for however long you can/need to. It was EDH, so two cycles of the titan were enough for me.
